Nemesis Reborn Behind the Scenes VIP Experience

• Refunds are not available in any circumstances; this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All VIP packages are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost.
• Theme Park entry is NOT included in the Nemesis Reborn Behind the Scenes VIP Experience. A valid Theme Park admission or Annual Pass Reservation is required to participate in this experience and must be purchased separately.
• Due to the nature of our VIP Track Walks, all guests must meet the following requirements to participate:
  • Guests must be aged 12+. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+.
  • Guests must be able to walk unaided, including up and down steep stairs.
  • Participants of the Nemesis Reborn Behind the Scenes VIP Experience must be at least 1.4m tall.
  • Nemesis Reborn has strong magnetic fields and therefore is not suitable for guests with pacemakers, hearing aids or supplemented body parts.
  • Guests must wear appropriate footwear; we cannot allow heeled shoes or sandals.
  • Guests found to be intoxicated will not be allowed to participate in a Track Walk.
• Photos and videos are permitted on a smartphone, at specified areas of the tour, when advised by your tour leader. The use of video recording equipment for filming, including but not limited to cameras, and other recording devices, is strictly prohibited at all times during the Behind the Scenes experience. This restriction is in place to ensure the safety, security and integrity of the experience for all participants.
• During the lift hill walk, phone holders are provided and must be used at all times. Cameras and go-pros are not permitted. Photos and videos are permitted once stationary at the top of the coaster however, to ensure maximum safety, photography is not permitted whilst ascending and descending the coaster. 
• Those participating in the experience are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Meeting point and start time information can be found on your Experience Ticket. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, we reserve the right to cancel your experience without a refund. Once an experience has commenced, it is at the sole discretion of the Alton Towers Resort VIP team to determine whether it is possible to join the experience.
• Use of the applicable ride Fastrack ticket is subject to attraction availability and appropriate height, age, body measurement, ride access pass, and medical restrictions. Fastrack tickets do not give choice of seating and may still incur a wait time. Fastrack tickets can only be used once on the relevant attraction. These tickets are non-transferable and must be used on the date of your Behind-the-Scenes Tour.
• Alton Towers Resort reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any VIP experience at its discretion, for any reason and at any time.
• Nemesis Reborn Behind the Scenes VIP Experience is a separate experience and will not give access to any other attraction at the Alton Towers Resort.

• Due to the nature of our VIP Track Walks, all guests must meet the following requirements to participate:
  • Guests must be able to walk unaided, including up and down steep stairs.
  • For the Oblivion Track Walk, participants must be fully secured in a full-body harness. This may not be possible for guests with a waist measurement exceeding 118cm or a thigh measurement nearing 65cm.
  • Participants of the Oblivion Track Walk must be at least 1.4m tall.
  • Participants of the Wicker Man Track Walk must be at least 1.2m tall
  • Guests must wear appropriate footwear; we cannot allow heeled shoes or sandals.
  • Guests found to be intoxicated will not be allowed to participate in a Track Walk.
  • Guests must be aged 12+. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+.
• To ensure the safety of all Guests, instructions given by the Track Walk team must be followed at all times. Failure to comply with given instructions will result in your removal from the experience and the Resort.
• Those participating in the VIP Track Walk are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the pre-booked time, we reserve the right to cancel your experience without a refund. Once a VIP Track Walk has commenced, it is at the sole discretion of the Alton Towers Resort VIP team to determine whether it is possible to join the experience.
• Use of the applicable ride Fastrack ticket is subject to attraction availability and appropriate height, age, body measurement, ride access pass, and medical restrictions. Fastrack tickets do not give choice of seating and may still incur a wait time. Fastrack tickets can only be used once on the relevant attraction. These tickets are non-transferable and must be used on the day of purchase.
• Alton Towers Resort reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any VIP Track Walks at its discretion, for any reason and at any time. This includes but is not limited to adverse weather conditions.
• VIP Track Walk experiences are a separate experience and will not give access to any other attraction at the Alton Towers Resort.
• Photography is permitted on a smart phone unless stated otherwise at specific areas of the climb. Phone holders are provided and must be used at all times. Cameras and go-pros are not permitted. Videos can be taken once stationary at the top of the coasters however, to ensure maximum safety, videos cannot be taken whilst ascending and descending the coaster. 
• Alton Towers Resort accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to smartphones or other personal items during the VIP Track Walk experience.
