Please be advised this tour includes 2.5km of walking, over 350 steps, and steep gradients. These are historic Gardens and House which include historic and natural woodland pathways and steps. You should wear footwear suitable for this environment.

We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, spaces are limited and on a first come first serve basis
The garden and house tour is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for those using alternative mobility aids. Additionally, it is not recommended for individuals with limited mobility or those with heart or respiratory conditions.

2. The Iconic House & Garden Tour may not be suitable for all due to the following;
2.1 Tour covers over 2.5km of walking with steep gradients and uneven surfaces throughout
2.2 There are over 350 steps/staircases throughout
2.3 Guests must wear appropriate footwear
2.4 Guests must be able to walk unaided, including up and down steep stairs.
2.5 Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+.
3. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule The Iconic House & Garden tours for any reason, including but not limited to poor weather conditions.
4. A tour ticket is a separate experience and will not give access to any other attraction at the Alton Towers Resort.
